has a crossover contest. So I'm entering with this thing. BECAUSE I'M ENTERING WITH THIS THING Y/Y.

I got excited about Arukenimon and Mummymon even before I saw them on screen when someone at Megchan's (ah, those were the good ol' days) compared them to Team Rocket. I was HUGE on Team Rocket at the time so I was all "YEAH BRING IT ON". And then I saw Arukenimon and Mummymon, and they were just enough TR-y to get me comparing them to Jessie and James and just enough themselves to make me like them more.

Um. YEAH, UH, THAT LAST PART, PRETEND IT DIDN'T HAPPEN. *dons helmet* My Rocketshipper friends are so gonna punch me in the face.

So, uh, yeah, then I was all "comparecompare!" because yay, comparing. I always figured that Jessie and Arukenimon would really annoy each other, but could bond over how silly their partners are (Jess in a "I like James but sometimes he's so weird" way and Aru in a "mine is weird ALL the time, ew"). James and Mummymon would be INSTANT FRIENDS though. Kind of like their seiyuu, Miki Shin'ichirou and Morikawa Toshiyuki, are BFFs IRL. They are! It's so cute. And James and Mumm would be just as cute! But a bit less into dorky Japanese male fashion. They'd be more into like, having friendly eating competitions and drunken karaoke and playing video games.

Speaking of video games, they're probably having a Pokemon battle. Poor James has an old DS Phat, but that's not going to stop him!!! Meowth's pretty into it, even though it's dorky, Jessie keeps asking how does this even work, and Arukenimon doesn't want to say anything as to not seem interested, but she thinks they're using too much strategy and don't give their Pokemon enough attack moves. Not everyone's a sweeper, sweetie.
