HP: Generation Freckle

Of course I drew the Next Gen of Harry Potter. I AM FRELLIN' ADDICTED TO NEXT GEN. It only took me this long because I was waiting to see how the movies handled the kids first. So I have, and now I feel comfortable enough with my own versions.

Why Generation Freckle, you ask? Because this is one bunch of freckled kids, yo. The only non-freckled ones are non-Weasleys. THE WEASLEYS WILL TAKE OVER THE WORLD, DON'T YOU KNOW. And I'm totally fine with that.

From left to right, here are the Next Gen kids as of 2017:

Ted "Teddy" Remus Lupin: 19, son of Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks, raised by grandmother Andromeda Tonks due to his parents' unfortunate demise, and godson of Harry Potter. Former Ravenclaw, now training to become an Auror. Metamorphmagus. The awesomest guy to ever awesome.

Victoire Weasley: 17, elder daughter and eldest child of Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour. Gryffindor 7th year, Head Girl. Self-assured and compassionate, she's a perfect older sister figure to many young Hogwarts students and her younger cousins. Though Head Girl, she's not above bending the rules for a good cause, and likes going on dangerous excursions. Teddy is her total bitch and he likes it that way.

Dominique Weasley: 15, younger daughter and second child of Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour. Gryffindor 5th year (though she argued over it with the Sorting Hat who seriously considered Slytherin). Typical middle child, confident, snarky and not much into following rules, but is very honest and never hides from her family how much she loves them.

Louis Weasley: 10, son and youngest child of Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour. Future Ravenclaw. An unexpected but welcome addition to the family (and they were quite surprised when he turned out to be male, too). He's quiet and gentle, but does not lack confidence and loves talking about things he has learned from his bajillion books.

Molly Weasley: 15, elder daughter of Percy Weasley and Audrey Collins, a muggle. Ravenclaw 5th year, Prefect. Not quite a stickler to the rules like her father was, but enough to drive her cousin Dominique crazy. Very analytical and quick-thinking, and is the Captain of the Hogwarts Wizarding Chess Club. Though she still hasn't beaten her Uncle Ron in wizarding chess, which frustrates her to no end.

Lucy Weasley: 12, younger daughter of Percy Weasley and Audrey Collins. Hufflepuff 2nd year, new Seeker of the Hufflepuff Quidditch Team. Very sweet and kind, and rarely ever strays from the path, but is a far more physical person than her sister, loving Quidditch and gardening.

Fred "Freddy" Weasley: 12, son of George Weasley and Angelina Johnson. Gryffindor 2nd year, new Chaser of the Gryffindor Quidditch Team. A complete prankster like his father and uncle/namesake, but has enough sneakiness not to get caught a lot of the time and pays more attention to his studies, which sort of disappoints George. But not too much, since that makes Freddy Prankster 2.0, and he's very into giving his dad new ideas for Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes.

Roxanne Weasley: 9, daughter of George Weasley and Angelina Johnson. Future Gryffindor. Energetic and cheerful, and has a keen eye, useful for avoiding her brother's pranks or turning them on him. She's also responsible for providing many new ideas for WWW, and not just to the Wonderwitch line.

Rose Weasley: 11, daughter of Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. Ravenclaw first year. An avid reader and extremely intelligent child, but with her father's proficiency at making friends. She's very comfortable on brooms and loves the Chudley Cannons as much as her dad, and can be freakishly vocal about it.

Hugo Weasley: Just a month short of 9 as of September 1st, 2017, son of Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. Future Gryffindor. Hugo has far more energy than is advisable for a boy his age, and has a tendency to make friends wherever he goes. Though overshadowed by his sister, he is quite the smart kid as well, and even beats Rosie at wizarding chess on a regular basis (his goal to beat his father is closer than ever). Born after the Hogwarts cutoff date, he is the youngest Weasley grandchild and will be forced to begin his studies a year after Lily and Roxanne.

James Sirius Potter: 13, elder son and eldest child of Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley. Gryffindor 3rd year, finally had the brains to try out as a Chaser for the Gryffindor Quidditch Team (he kept trying out as Seeker which he is balls at). Fun-loving and outgoing, with an extraordinary love for particularly dangerous adventures. He teases Albus and Lily constantly, but adores them to bit and pieces.

Albus Severus Potter: 11, younger son and second child of Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley. Gryffindor 1st year (because he told the Sorting Hat he's be happy to go anywhere and the Sorting Hat thought that was awfully brave of him). Incredibly sweet, kind and a bit shy, but likes exploring the world and meeting new people. Has not an ounce of Slytherin in his whole body.

Lily Luna Potter: 9, daughter and youngest child of Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley. Future Gryffindor (or Hufflepuff, I'm entirely undecided). Lively, talkative and rather girly, though she adores Quidditch and dreams of becoming a player for the Holyhead Harpies when she grows up.

Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy: 11, son of Draco Malfoy and Astoria Greengrass. Ravenclaw 1st year (because he's the only Malfoy in generations who didn't automatically think "I want to be in Slytherin" upon being sorted). Quiet and intelligent, very observant and self-conscious. He has a bit of the Malfoy haughtiness in him, especially when it comes to his knowledge, but he tries his best to keep it down. He becomes good friends with Al and Rose, obviously. Just to irk all their parents.

Lorcan and Lysander Scamander: 4, twin sons of Luna Lovegood and Rolf Scamander. Future Ravenclaws. I have no idea which is which, they're identical. Like their parents, they're natural-born explorers, though they're mostly kept to their own backyard due to their young age. They like doing things like hanging upside down from tree branches and asking strangers embarrassing questions. Lorcan is the more upfront of the two, while Lysander is the idea man.
